Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “KVKK Law”), your personal data are processed by Vibe Medya Reklam ve Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi (“Vibe Medya”) as data controller, within the scope explained below.
At Vibe Medya we care about the security of your personal data. This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the KVKK Law to explain how the personal data of everyone who uses our services, visits our website or contacts us are collected, for which purposes they are processed, to whom they may be transferred and what rights you have.
2. Method and legal basis of collecting personal data
Your personal data are collected verbally, in writing or electronically, by automatic or non-automatic means, through our offices, call centre, website, social media accounts, mobile applications and similar channels.
These data are processed on the basis of the personal data processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK Law, so that we can provide our services and fulfil our contractual and legal obligations.

4. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorised public institutions and legally authorised private persons, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK Law.
Data may be transferred abroad in the scope of data storage, hosting and security services. In that case we assess whether the destination country offers adequate protection; if we conclude that the data cannot be protected securely, no transfer is made. Your personal data are not used or shared for any other purpose except legal obligations and official authorities.
5. Rights of the data subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK Law, as a data subject you have the right to:
- know whether your personal data are processed,
- request information if they have been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties to whom they are transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
- request correction if they are incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK Law,
- request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data were transferred,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
6. How to apply
You can send requests about your rights, together with documents proving your identity, in writing in person, through a notary or with a secure electronic signature to [email protected] .
Your application is concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
